| 摘 要： | 近年来 ,国家公职人员利用职务之便从事经济犯罪的案件数量明显增加 ,涉案金额持续上升 ,涉案人员的职务级别也愈来愈高 ,案情更加复杂。研究我国现阶段职务经济犯罪的态势 ,分析其产生的原因 ,对预防和惩治此类犯罪具有深远的现实意义

| Abstract: | In recent years, the number of the cases committed by the public officers taking advantages of the profession has been risen apparently, the amount of the money relating to the cases has been increased continuously, the professional ranks relating to officer criminals have been higher and higher, the circumstances of the cases have been more complicated. To study the situation of the professional economic crime in our country's present stage and analyze its causes is very meaningful for preventing and punishing this kind of crime. |
