| Abstract: | It is highly important to realize the lateral complication and adjust reasonably the elements of thepublic security organizations. It is also important to reduce its complication in order to improve the struggle ability of thepublic security personnel and achieve the scientific management. The article fully demonstrates the lateral complication of thepub]ic security organizations for the purpose of providing references for the leaders at all levels to reform and develop thepublic security system. |
