情报信息导侦工作初探

情报信息导侦是侦查信患化的主要行动模式和发展方向．已逐渐被侦查部门所接受．但真正要在侦查实践中全面推行这种模式．则需要坚实的基础。文章以辽宁省公安机关为例，回顾了其情报信患工作的发展过程、介绍了情报信息工作现状、指出了情报信息工作的发展思路及其保障环节，为各级公安机关颠覆传统观念、加快创新发展、主动改革机制、变虚设机构为实战部门．提供了理论指导。
