| 摘 要： | 实现警察管理的规范化,是现代化警察管理的客观要求。任何管理,为了实现一定的目标,都要有统一的共同遵守的办事程序或行为准则,以此来规范管理行为过程。警察作为执法人员,对其管理就更应规范其行为,实现管理的规范化。

| Abstract: | The realization of standardization of police administration is the objective demand of modern police administration. To achieve certain goals, all the administration should have unified and commonly abided procedures for handling affairs or standards of conduct, which can regulate the administrative behaviors. Policemen, as law enforcement officials , the administration to whom should be more normative so as to realize the standardization of the administration. |
