| 摘 要： | 警务实战教学的效果取决于警务实战教官团队的整体素质，并对执法行动的“成败”起到了“决定性”作用。因此．通过对警务实战教官团队考评体系的确立来加强警务实战教官团队的整体建设，对于实现警务实战教学立足于实践、服务于实践之目的，以及维护安定和谐的社会治安环境都具有重要的现实意义。
