| 摘 要： | 从211份全国各地收集的可疑海洛因样品中选取10个样品,分别利用气相色谱仪和红外光谱仪进行检验。气相色谱法可以定性定量检验海洛因及其掺杂物,灵敏度高、操作复杂、有损检验;红外光谱法可以定性检验海洛因及其掺杂物,具有操作简单、速度快,不用其它试剂、不污染检材,样品量小等特点。只有多种方法相互补充,相互印证,才能对海洛因及其掺杂物进行完整系统的检验。

| Abstract: | 10 samples selected from 211 suspected heroin samples collected from the country were analyzed by GC and FTIR.Heroin and its adulterants were qualitatively and quantitatively analyzed by GC,the characteristic of this method is high sensitivity,complicated operation and lossy examination.Heroin and its adulterants were qualitatively analyzed by FTIR,and the method has the characteristics of operation simple,rapid,no using other reagents,nondestructive analysis,high sensitivity and accuracy.Systematical analy... |
