农村未成年人的法律意识与犯罪——以江西省某县为调查对象

近年来,农村未成年人犯罪率不断攀升,引起了社会的密切关注。为了有效抑制和预防农村留守未成年人犯罪的发生,找出其犯罪的原因是抑制和预防犯罪的重要前提。本文就农村未成年人犯罪情况对江西省某县进行了调研,根据调查结果发现农村未成年人的法律知识匮乏、法律意识非常淡薄。为预防和遏制农村未成年人犯罪,不仅要重视学校教育,还要重视家庭、社会等方面因素,同时采取各种措施普及农村未成年人的法律知识。
