| 摘 要： | 侦查讯问攻心策略是指侦查人员针对讯问对象的心理特征、心理弱点、心理需求以及现实的心理状态,而对其思想、感情、意志施加影响,从而获取供述或辩解的一种心战技巧。侦查讯问攻心策略主要包括以感情感化攻心、以道理疏导攻心、以宣讲政策与法律攻心、合理利用现有证据攻心、以有利的案侦形势攻心五个方面。在实践中适时、适人、得法地运用攻心策略,能够有效地推动讯问的进行,从而打破侦查僵局。
