| 摘 要： | 本文对我国侦查讯问程序法制化进行了研究。我国的侦查讯问程序应该以法治化为核心,以我国侦查讯问程序的研究现状和构成要素、法律关系的分析为理论起点,以我国侦查讯问程序法治化的背景和现状为事实支撑,在对国外侦查讯问程序法治化的考量和借鉴的基础上,采用比较分析和系统分析的方法,从我国侦查讯问程序的法治化视角进行了研究,以期达到引导我国侦查讯问程序法治化建设并促使其中各种弊端与缺陷革除的目标。
