警务实战理念透析

文章在分析了公安民警在技能普遍提高的基础上、在实战中还屡屡伤亡的深层次原因．得出了在培训公安民警训练中只注重技能的传授，而忽略警务实战理念的灌输．教官和公安民警还是不能充分认识到警务实战理念在警务实战中的重要性。因此．有必要针对这个问题进行阐述．目的是通过对其分析，为今后的公安民警训练工作提供建议和决策性导向。

The Philosophy Analysis of Police Combat

This article analyzes the deep reasons of policemen's frequent injuries and death on actual combat in spite of the general improvement of their skills.That is in the training we focus only on the teaching of skills,and neglect the instillment combat concept,trainers and the police still can not fully understand the importance of actual combat.So it is necessary to elaborate on this issue,and the analysis can provide advice and decision-making orientation for future police officers'trtaining.
