Problems and Countermeasures of Static Traffic Management in Dalian City

An improved urban traffic system should be composed by improved static traffic and dynamic traffic system complementing each other.The static traffic management has great significance for the development of modern cities.Taking the example of Dalian City,this article explains relevant concepts and contents of the static traffic management and further put forward some countermeasures to improve the static traffic environment after analyzing the current situation of urban static traffic and existing problems in the process of management in Dalian city.
