| 摘 要： | 警察机关对治安信息进行收集和处理的活动,势必会影响到相对人的合法权益,由于没有统一的行政程序法,警察行政调查自由裁量权被滥用的案件时有发生,因此有必要建立统一的行政程序法,并进一步完善司法审查制度,来规范警察行政调查的自由裁量权。

| Abstract: | On the security information collection and processing activities,police is bound to affect the legitimate interests,because of the relative absence of unified administrative procedure law,the abuse of discretion of the police administrative investigation of cases has occurred,it is necessary to establish a unified Administrative Procedure Law,and further improve the judicial review system,to regulate the administrative investigation of police discretion. |
