| 摘 要： | 构建和谐社会,目的就是要达到人与人之间、个人与政府之间、人与社会之间以及人与自然之间的和谐一致和共同发展。和谐社会的建立,要求人们必须依照既定的规则运行,形成一种和谐发展、秩序井然的状态。我国是一个多民族多宗教的国家,和谐的宗教关系是和谐社会的重要组成部分,而和谐的政教关系是和谐的宗教关系的基础和保障。
