| 摘 要： | 做好公安群众工作需要两次创造,既思维和执行,＂思维＂解决的是公安群众工作的思路问题,而＂执行＂解决的是公安群众工作的过程问题。执行公安群众工作需要公安群众工作思维做指导,本文力求探索公安群众工作的思维模式,谋求解决公安群众工作的思维方法。
