| 摘 要： | 随着科学技术的发展,人类获取情报的手段越来越先进,技术在情报活动中的作用越来越明显,人们更多地关注现代各种先进的技术情报,而忽略了人的思想和理性思维在情报获取过程中不可替代的作用。人所具有的丰富的思想内涵、理性的思维,在信息技术高速发展的今天仍有其重要的价值。
