| 摘 要： | 警务社会化是警务发展的过程,而非历史的倒退。我国很早就提出了实行警务社会化,提出此理念有其现实的必要性。现阶段我国的警务改革面临警力不足、无法满足公众安全需求等困难和问题,一个一元化的警务体系不再能够满足正变得日益多样化和多元化的社会体系的需求,而警务社会化的发展以及新警务方式的出现则是解决现存问题的主要途径。将社会治安力量整合起来,充分利用所有的不同形式的警务力量和警务资源,可以构建和谐的社会治安防控体系。
