| Abstract: | In order to improve the quality of police training,prerequisite of cognitive capability is analyzed in great detail by using of Bloom＇s study——Variable Learning Theory.Then the correct method about leaning attitude and motivation is discussed,and then scientific evaluation system is put forward.The above results have an important reference for us to build police training model. |
