| Abstract: | To regulate law enforcement practices, the first step is to regulate law enforcement agencies. Through analyzing the problems in the current structure of law enforcement agencies, the influence of these problems on the standardization of law enforcement practices, and the effective measures to regulate the structuring of law enforcement agencies, this paper explains that the regulation of the structuring of law enforcement agencies is of great importance to the regulation of law enforcement practices. |
