| 摘 要： | 为了有效打击"新型犯罪",继承和发展刑事侦查工作措施,切实提高侦查效益,有必要实行信息化侦查措施与传统侦查措施相结合的侦查破案模式。为此,要确立信息化侦查措施与传统侦查措施相结合破案的侦查理念,注重对信息化侦查措施与传统侦查措施深入学习,加大对基层信息化建设的投入,加强对刑事侦查人员实务操作的培训,积极改善信息化条件下刑侦基础工作。

| Abstract: | The combination of information investigating measures and traditional investigating measures is a must for the effective combat over the ＂new crime＂, the inheritance and development of criminal investigating measures, and the improvement of investigating efficiency. Therefore, the following steps must be adopted： to establish such investigation idea as combining information investigating measures with traditional investigating measures, to make further study on the above two measures, to increase investment on information construction at the grass-roots level, to strengthen the training of criminal investigators with regard to practical operation, and to improve the basic investigation work under informationization. |
