| 摘 要： | 网络传销迅速地蔓延,对我国的社会经济秩序造成了极大的危害.传统的传销模式披上了网络外衣,犯罪模式也日趋多样化,这给案件侦查增加了许多难度.侦查机关应根据网络传销组织的特点,通过情报信息主导侦查,加强电子证据的收集与固定以及控制资金流向等措施,达到打击网络传销的目的.

| Abstract: | The internet pyramid selling system has been spreading quickly and damaged our social economic and internet order.Different from the traditional pyramid selling,the internet pyramid selling has more new characters,and brought more difficulties to investigation department.Therefore,in investigating internet pyramid selling,investigation department should collect more electronic evidence,study more information according to the features of the internet pyramid selling system,so as to attack internet pyramid selling effectively. |
