| Abstract: | Crime by taking advantage of credit card is a breeding crime associated with the credit card business.The article elaborates on the identification of credit card crime,provides preconditions for the correct conduct of the investigation.Subsequently the article proposes the six steps that should be noted in the investigation,so as to provide detection direction. |
