关于加强我国社区警务室建设的思考

随着社区警务战略的实施,城市社区警务室发挥了维护社区稳定、促进社会和谐的重要作用,并积累了许多宝贵的经验。社区警务室使警力下沉、警务前移,把“派出所”建在了居民的身边、把矛盾纠纷化解在基层,实现了由以管理为重向以服务为主、由被动打击向主动防范、由静态管理向动态管理的转变。同时,社区警务室在发展和建设中也存在诸如管理建设机制不完善、警务管理考核缺乏科学性、治安防控体系作用没有充分发挥等不足之处。
