| 摘 要： | 在我国古代,很多科学的审讯方法被应用到侦查破案中。这些方法主要有察言观色、反复诘问、迂回渐进、口供与物证相印证、用证与教育相配合。这些科学方法的运用不仅避免了刑讯逼供,而且使案件得以顺利侦破。这些方法对现代的侦查讯问实践仍有借鉴价值。

| Abstract: | .Lots of scientific interrogation methods have been used through criminal investigation in ancient China,such as watching a person's every mood,questioning again and again closely,outflanking and advancing gradually,material evidence verifying deposition,persuasion coordinating with proofs.These means not only avoided grilling and extorting confession under torture but helped investigate smoothly.So they are great value to help current criminal interrogation. |
