| 摘 要： | 瑞典实行中央集权与地方自治相结合的警察管理体制,警察机关对司法部负责,国家警察委员会是警察系统的中央行政管理机构。瑞典注重警察职业教育训练,警察教育和培训工作,主要由瑞典国家警察学院、于默奥大学和韦克舍大学承担。
