| 摘 要： | 专案侦查实践活动的逻辑性、系统性特征是非常突出的,但无论是全国统编还是各公安院校自编的经济犯罪专案侦查教材均存在结构松散、不能反映专案侦查员特有的系统思维方法的问题。应该在调查了解当代经济犯罪专案侦查一般思维方法的基础上,编写反映该思维方法的经济犯罪专案侦查教材,方能保证经济犯罪专案侦查教学目标的实现。

| Abstract: | The logical and systematic characteristics of the special cases investigation are outstanding.But there are some problems on whether the national teaching material or the different public security colleges' teaching material,for example the loose structure.And it couldn't reflect the special thinking way for the investigators.We should compile the teaching material on the base of the investigation on the modern economic crime special cases investigation common thinking way,and thus realize the teaching aim. |
