| 摘 要： | 作为中国近代警察教育事业的开拓者和奠基人,张謇认为警察教育应与警政建设相辅相成。在对警察教育进行实践探索的基础上,张謇对警察教育问题进行了深入的思考,形成了体系比较健全、内容比较丰富的警察教育思想,直接推动了中国警察教育的近代化进程,并对当前我们建立现代化警察教育体系和培养警务人才具有启迪作用。
