| 摘 要： | 渎职型金融犯罪案件 ,是根据犯罪手段的不同 ,对金融犯罪案件进行划分而归纳出的一类案件。由于对犯罪手段作了特殊的界定 ,为此类案件侦查研究开辟了独特的视角。分析渎职型金融犯罪案件的种类 ,归纳其特点 ,从而为公安机关侦查渎职型金融犯罪案件制定出切实可行的侦查对策。
