完善我国刑事案件现场勘查工作的思考

当前我国刑事案件现场勘查工作中存在不少问题。一是现场勘查一般由刑事技术人员进行,侦查人员多在外围工作,使现场勘验率和证据利用率偏低;二是侦查与技术之间的界限造成侦查与技术严重脱节;三是在物证提取过程中存在诸多不当;四是现场勘查笔录制作不规范。改革和完善刑事案件现场勘查工作的主要措施是:刑事侦查人员必须参与现场勘验,实现侦查与技术的融合;完善刑事犯罪现场分析制度,整合犯罪信息;严格规范地制作现场勘查笔录;改进证据的提取、收集、固定工作。

On Perfection of Our Crime Scene Investigation

There are many problems in our crime scene investigation.Firstly,criminal technical persona make crime scene investigation in common,investigators work outside,which caused the low ratio of crime scene investigation and proof utilization;secondly,the limits of investigation and technology leads to the wide spread between investigation and technology;thirdly,there are some improper problems in the process of the evidence application;fourthly,the crime scene record is not standard.The main measures to reform and perfect crime scene investigation are： criminal persona should take part in the crime scene investigation and realize the mix of investigation and technology;perfect crime scene investigation analysis system,integrate crime information;make crime scene investigation sirictly;improve the work of proof obtainment,collection and fixation.
