| 摘 要： | 侦查的目的、价值与功能是一个十分重要的问题，对它的探讨既有理论意义，也有实践意义。本文以侦查的定义为出发点，对侦查的目的、价值：功能逐一进行了探讨，并分析了侦查的目的、价值、功能三者的关系，从而全面系统地回答了这些问题。
