| 摘 要： | 明朝高度的中央集权产生了厂卫制度。厂卫享有巡查缉捕权、执掌廷杖权、审判权与执行权。在否定厂卫制度的同时也应当承认:厂卫的侦查效率高;一定程度上遏制了腐败;绝对的忠诚是其存在的基石;体现了的一定的分权制衡思想。

| Abstract: | Changwei system based on highly centralized-power in Ming dynasty.Changwei system enjoyed the power of checking,arresting,trial and execution.Denying the value of Changwei system,we had to recognite the investigation efficiency,which can decrease the corruption and express the thinking of separation of powers with check and balance. |
