| 摘 要： | 依法执政是指中国共产党领导人民群众制定和实施宪法和法律，依据反映人民群众根本意志的宪法和法律管理公共事务的行为和过程。执政的目的是为了人民，执政的主体是中国共产党领导下的多党合作制，执政的方式是依法，执政的客体表现为“他物权”性质的权力，执政的责任包括政治责任和法律责任。
