浅谈侦查执法中的证据意识

我国司法制度的进步，给刑事执法工作带来了严峻的挑战，对刑事侦查主体的要求越来越高，应该从加强法律知识的学习、业务能力的培养和自身素质的提高等方面改善侦查证据意识淡薄的现状，以更好地为刑事诉讼服务。
