| 摘 要： | 本文归纳了公安院校图书馆建设的现状,分析了公安院校图书馆建设与发展过程中存在的违背图书馆工作规律的一些现象,从以人为本、遵循图书馆工作规律、为图书馆可持续发展创造条件三个方面, 论述了公安院校图书馆应在建设与发展中实践和具体运用科学发展观。
