| 摘 要： | 平安农村建设体现了社会协调发展的客观需要，反应了人民群众的殷切期盼，既是构建社会主义和谐社会的重要内容和目标。又是社会主义和谐社会的重要保障。平安农村首先应当是治安状况良好的农村。农村社区警务建设改善了农村治安状况，收到了良好的成效。由于我国社区警务尚处于摸索阶段，社区警务在取得良好成效的同时，存在的问题也不少。本文将在分析农村社区警务建设中出现的新问题的基础上，探索解决方案，以期为创建平安农村，推进农村警务建设提供理论支撑。
