| 摘 要： | 新时期职务犯罪面临着复杂的新形势，本文分析了我国现阶段职务犯罪的现状，并在此基础上，解读我国职务犯罪预防机制的不足，结合我国预防腐败体系纲要，提出新的、系统的预防职务犯罪机制的完善措施。

| Abstract: | In the new period,crime by taking advantage of duty is facing the complex new situation.It is necessary to analyze our country's present situation of such crimes and explain the insufficiency of prevention mechanism.Consider-ing our country's summary of the prevention of corruption,we proposes new and systematic measures for the prevention mechanism. |
