| 摘 要： | 阐述了网络社会的特点以及网络带来的伦理问题 :道德冷漠、人际情感疏离、网络安全问题、计算机犯罪、信息垄断。分析了网络伦理问题产生的根源 ,并提出了加强网络伦理建设的措施。
