| Abstract: | The history of our crime modality theory indicates that our crime modality theory has surpassed the isolated study on crime modality in foretime, and has developed into an opening system which has a style of it's own. The part status of criminal victim in criminal construction decides that it has an important function in reconstructing and reforming the theoretic system of crime modality. |
