| 摘 要： | 警务技能培训是提高人民警察战斗力的一项基础性工程。然而，目前我国公安民警的体能素质、警务实战技能与当前对敌斗争的需要还存在着一定的差距。本文分析我国警务技能培训的现状，并提出相应对策。

| Abstract: | The police talents education is a basic project for the improvement of the police battle effectiveness.But there are some distance between the physical quality,technical ability of police fight and the needs for the struggle against enemy.This paper discusses the issue from the following four aspects respectively: police talents education,domestic police talents education,the condition of the conquering the enemy,some suggestions for our police talents education. |
