The case of She Xianglin is one of the misjudged cases in 2005,which attracted the social attention.The case initiated some problems of the law enforcement concept,professional qualities and work style.Thus,the public security and judicatory bureau should abandon the old ideas and set up governing for people ideas,should put an end to the inquision by torture,should overcome the flippancy work style,strengthen the leading and supervision in the law enforcement activities.
