| Abstract: | According the facts the crime of swindling about bills has been one of the fastest and highest rate of exposed criminal cases in recent years,I think we should cognizance the crime accurately.First,we should give a clear definition to the crime,second,we should offer the limit of crime of swindling about bills.The article analyses the boundary between crime of swindle about bills and other crimes and give the limit of the crime. |
