我国是一个突发公共事件多发的国家,为有效应对,减少损失,我国政府加快了其应急机制的研究,提出了“党委领导、公安平台、快速反应、统一联动、各司其职”的突发公共事件处置原则。公安机关在处置突发公共事件中发挥着重要作用,是政府应急管理工作的平台,在应急机制中具有龙头和枢纽作用。
