Abstract: | The right of privacy is an independent right appertaining to one s personality. When a natural person has some personal things, personal information and personal emotion that can not be known or disturbed by others, he can make use of it . To protect the natural person' s right of privacy is an important task of civil legislation in China. Before a clear stipulation of it is made, we should draw lessons from German method that the indirect protecting way was changed into direct protecting one. Making use of the method can better protect the natural person's right of privacy. |
