| 摘 要： | 构建和谐警民关系,是构建和谐社会的必然要求,是做好新形势下社会稳定工作的根本保证。公安机关必须正视当前影响警民关系的不和谐因素,积极应对,锐意创新。具体要求是:破案打击到位,提高公安机关执行力;执法规范到位,提高公安机关公信力;警力下沉到位,提高公安机关亲和力。
