| 摘 要： | 侦审合一体制改革以后 ,我国侦查模式运作经历了“磨合期”和“阵痛期” ,引起了世人注目 ,但也存在着诸多不适应。为规范和完善我国的刑事侦查制度 ,就要实行刑事侦查人员资格制改革 ,修改和完善刑事侦查法律 ,重新设置侦查机构 ,引进侦查手段和实现刑事侦查思想革命。

| Abstract: | After combination of investigation and adjudication, criminal investigation mode has experienced a phase of adaptation. To standardize and perfect the investigative system, we must carry out reform on the qualification system of the criminal investigators, revise criminal investigative law, re-establish investigative organs , introduce new methods and realize the reform on criminal investigative ideas. |
