新时代公安品牌的建设与发展路径研究——以“漳州110”品牌建设为例

公安品牌建设对于公安机关提升工作效能,推进公安业务工作以及公安队伍建设都具有重要的推动作用。自上世纪90年代以来,福建"漳州110"就是人民警察服务人民的典范品牌。"漳州110"品牌三十年来创立了"以人民为中心,做人民的保护神"的品牌形象。"漳州110"践行"以人民为中心"的宗旨,牢固树立"以人民为中心"理念,牢固树立品牌的"护旗意识";立足自身职责职能,积极改革警务运行模式,提高自身的工作效能;改进服务方式,建立主动服务、科学服务模式;注重公安品牌的形象建设,构建了优良的公安品牌形象。这些也对我国公安品牌的建设与发展具有重要的借鉴和启发意义。
