| 摘 要： | 近年来,一些地方警察权限范围的扩张已引起人们的广泛关注。本文通过对造成该现象的原因分析,阐述对警察权限范围进行有效规制的必要性,提出了有效规制政府随意动用警察权的建议和构想,以彰显法治理念,保障公民权利。

| Abstract: | In recent years,the extending for the power of the police has already caused people's extensive concern.This text analyzes the reason of this phenomenon,elaborates the necessity to carry on the valid restrict to police's power,and put forward suggestions and assumption of restriction to using police's power abusively by government.It will show an idea to rule of law,and guarantee citizen right. |
