| 摘 要： | 网络犯罪的特点是作案者的智能化、犯罪条件的现代化、犯罪手段的隐蔽化、犯罪地域的广大化;犯罪分子往往利用最前沿的网络技术进行网络犯罪,并且这种形式的犯罪现象呈上升趋势。“环球枪手集团”特大网上诈骗案的成功破获,给了我们很多有益的经验,同时也暴露了我们工作中存在的和需要改进的一些问题。

| Abstract: | Online crimes have the following features:the criminals are intelligent,the conditions of the crimes are modern,the measures of the crimes are hidden,and the areas of the crimes are wide.Nowadays,the number of online crimes is on the rise.However,the success in breaking the especially big case of online cheating,i.e.“the global gang of gunners”,has provided us with many beneficial experiences.Meanwhile,some of the problems nee- ding improving existing in our work have also been made known. |
