| 摘 要： | 知识经济时代，侵犯商业秘密犯罪在市场竞争中愈演愈烈。在侵犯商业秘密犯罪侦查中对损失予以合理、准确地认定是有力打击和惩处侵犯商业秘密犯罪的关键。本文从侵犯商业秘密犯罪侦查的损失认定现状、损失认定的模式构建和损失认定机制的完善角度予以探讨，以期对侦办侵犯商业秘密犯罪案件有所启示。

| Abstract: | In information era,crimes of infringing commercial secrets are more and more serious.In order to investi-gate crimes of infringing commercial secrets,cognizance of losses from infringing commercial secrets is important.This paper will discuss the situations about losses cognizance in crimes of infringing commercial secrets,try to build models of losses cognizance and perfect the system of losses cognizance in crimes investigation of infringing commercial secrets. |
