| Abstract: | According to the traits of Police Colleges’ investment to labs, we should make scientific plan and wise decision to the investment project to ensure that the usage of the labs is reasonable and produce the greatest benefit. We also have to enhance the supervision over the purchase of the equipments, the confirmation to implement the project, and benefit appraising. |
