加强安检防爆队伍建设和培训研究

安检防爆工作是大型活动安保工作的重要环节。在构建和谐社会环境下，安检防爆队伍的建设及教育培训问题尤为重要。目前国内安检防爆队伍建设培训环节存在一些问题，队伍选拔的素质要求和稳定强化队伍战斗力的措施有待改进。应分层次进行教育培训，改进强化培训内容，贴近公安实战进行情景模拟训练，建立安检防爆信息网，开展学术研讨会，坚持科技强警，引进先进安检防爆设备等。
